I explore, I capture, I design and make. The aim of my jewellery is to captivate the eye from afar, to reflective appreciation and curiosity to touch. With an architectural background, my influence derives from compelling structures and buildings. I transform architectural form and space into pleasing yet bold designs; expressing and sharing my experience of large-scale structures into enchanting pieces of jewellery with the wearer and observer.
The use of clear, linear and systematic lines, highlight organic qualities of both my work and the human body. The strong formation of distinctive and repetitive lines with subtle curves in perspective, create surprising yet pleasurable visual and physical shifts. The combination of rigid material and flowing design create further contrast, producing clear cut yet fluid and elegant forms; each piece functioning and materialising with the body.
